DEATH NOTICE
Mrs. Gisèle Ghislaine Proulx of Hawkesbury passed away on Tuesday, January 9th, 2024, at the age of 91.
She was the beloved wife of the late Lucien Proulx;
the daughter of the late Antonio St-Denis and the late Anna St-Denis;
the beloved mother of the late Linda, Francine (Marcel) and Stéphane (the late Gisèle);
the beloved grandmother of Annie (John), Jonathan (Kathy), Kim (Mathieu) and the great-grandmother of Alexandra, Amanda, Konstantine, Emmerick, Jayden, Lauralee, Maverick;
the dear sister of Thérèse.
She was predeceased by her brothers and sisters: Bernard, Oscar, Rolland and Flora.
She is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
The family wishes to thank the staff of the Hawkesbury General Hospital and the Ottawa Civic Campus Hospital for their kindness and good care.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Berthiaume Funeral Home, 416 McGill Street, Hawkesbury, Ontario (877) 632-8511.
Funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, February 17th, 2024 at 11 a.m.
The family will be present at the funeral home from 10:30 a.m. to receive your condolences.
For those who wish, donations to the Society of their choice would be appreciated.
The funeral home will make a donation in memory of your loved one to the food bank.
