Claire Lachapelle, originally from Drummondville, passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2026, surrounded by her family, at the age of 87.

She was the loving wife of the late Pierre Paradis;

the beloved mother of Martin and Marie-Claude (Steve);

the adored grandmother of Loana, Julianne, Jacob, and Noémie;

the dear sister of Colette (Ron).

She was predeceased by her parents: Willie Lachapelle and Laurette Belhumeur; her sisters: Jeannine, Mariette, and Monique; and her brothers: Claude, Denis, Jean-Paul, Benoît, and Yvon.

She is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces, friends, and her close friend who was always there for her, Hélène Fréchette.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Salon Funéraire Familial Berthiaume, 416 McGill, Hawkesbury, ON. 877-632-8511

A private celebration of life will be held.
