DEATH NOTICE
Mr. Royal Sauvé of Grenville passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2026, at the age of 86.
He was the beloved husband of the late Pierrette Louis-Seize Sauvé and the partner of Claire Carrière Charbonneau;
son of the late Paul Sauvé, the late Doris Lefebvre, and the late Blanche Boyer;
loving father of Guy (Suzanne Bertrand) and Stéphane;
cherished grandfather of Lydia (Gaby) and Bianca (Jonathan), and great-grandfather of Eva, Rebecca, and Thomas;
dear brother of Johanne Lefebvre (the late Pierre Louis-Seize) and Anne-Marie Lefebvre.
He was predeceased by two brothers: Laurent Sauvé (the late Françoise Vallée) and Gaëtan Lefebvre (the late Ginette LeSeize).
He is also survived by several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Berthiaume Family Funeral Home, 416 McGill Street, Hawkesbury, Ontario (877) 632-8511.
The funeral service will be held at Notre-Dame-des-Sept-Douleurs Church in Grenville on Saturday, May 9, at 1:30 p.m. The family will be present from 12:45 p.m. to receive condolences.
The funeral home will make a donation in memory of your loved one to the food bank.
